Welcome to day four of our Tribemaster Transformation Ecourse.


Today, we're diving into Mastering Your Money - creating a financial engine that fuels your dreams and supports your tribe.


That financial engine is something I refer to as the Money Maker Protocol™.


What is the Money Maker Protocol™?


The Money Maker Protocol™ is all about creating a systematic approach to generating income that supports both your lifestyle and your bigger aspirations.


The goal is simple but powerful:


"To create a money making machine that funds your lifestyle and dreams."


The Three Pillars of the Money Maker Protocol™


There are there core pillars to the Money Maker Protocol™:


1. Revenue Optimization

2. Revenue Acceleration

3. Revenue Maximization


Let's break these down with some real-world examples:


1. Revenue Optimization


This is about making what you already have work harder for you.


The key to this is a shift in thinking about what a product is and business models.


You see in the Tribemaster Framework™ we call products: SolutionFrames™

When Keisha came in contact with the Tribemaster Framework™, she'd been struggling to build a facebook audience for ever and things just we're working.


She was already doing 6 figures as a leadership consultant for big firms in the US but was frustrated by the fact that she wanted to do more and felt called to do more but kept hitting an invisible wall that kept here from making the kind of progress she wanted.

She launched a nanoproduct called "She shall not be silenced" - a monthly series of leadership development audio programs for entrepreneurial women in leadership.

  • She was being invited to speak at conferences at $5000 a keynote
  • Raised her fees from $10,000 to $25,000 per client
  • Got partnerships with women focused organizations


Result: Revenue jumped to 60,000 a month with18 months.


Once we had that locked down it was now time to multiply things.


And that's what Revenue Maximization is about: extracting maximum value from your business model.


She launched a certification program for coaches and a train-the train program for corporations.


As a result here working hours and client time went down and her revenue jumped past $1m mark with 6months.


Today Kiesha is one of my proud success stories and lives on her own farm - weird choice backed by an even weirder story but to each her own.


Applying the Money Maker Protocol™ to Your Tribe


Remember, the Money Maker Protocol™ isn't just about making money - it's about creating resources to better serve and grow your tribe.


As you implement these strategies, always ask: "How does this add value to my tribe?"


For instance, when Keisha introduced her VIP coaching...


It wasn't just about making more money.


It was about being able to provide more comprehensive support to clients who needed it in a way that mutually beneficial at the highest possible level.


Your Action Steps for Today

2. Acceleration: Brainstorm three ways you could reach more people with your current products or services.


3. Maximization: Consider one new income stream you could develop that would benefit your tribe.
