Hey there!

In about two days I'll be 46years old...

To be honest...

I still can't believe it...

Over the last 10 years of my life...

A lot has changed for me...

Some for good...

Some absolutely fantastic...

Some I appreciate but hate....

I've also learned quite a a lot...

Of all the things that I have learned...

The one thing that has moved the needle for me and my private clients is this:

Behavior never lies

In other words the truth about what you really truly want is NOT in what you say you want...

It's hidden in what you consistently do each and every day.

"But CTM...That's obvious nah."

Glad you know that...

The big question is are you actually taking advantage of that to create the life you want...

Or are you committed to staying lost in lala land (delusion)...

Talking a good game about what you want to do but not actually changing your behavior in the direction of the results that you want.

It's not about the tech...

Or the plan....

Or the system...

It's always about your behavior...

And your behavior is the most unreliable part of any plan...

Mainly because it's the part you don't pay attention to the most.

So you move from program to program...

Plan to plan...

But your results don't change because you carry the same behavior into ever program or plan...

The thing that needs to change before you can judge the efficacy of any program is your behavior...

I share this because as I turn 46...

I'd like to share with you a gift...
