“The money isn't in getting more clients. The money is in making each and every client and customer worth more” — CTM
Hey there!
It's another Wednesday and we're talking money.
Money, Money Money!
So if you're not aware of it - Blueprint has been on for a bit now.
It's the first time in the Tribemaster Academy that I'm breaking down the actual difference between a product and an offer.
Don't get me wrong - typically I have made that distinction on TDM many times but never actually did so in practical terms in the Academy till now.
Don't judge me though - remember we're literally just in our 4th month.
Anyways for those of us new to my world:
A product is organized intellectual property designed to solve a clear specific problem and deliver a clear specific results.
An offer is a presentation of an opportunity to solve a problem for someone over a period of time and for a specific level of compensation.
SolutionFrames are products.
They are what you deliver when someone takes your offer.
Offers are presented though what we refer to as OfferDocs.
And OfferDoc is made up of 4 core components.
First is a promise: what are you claiming to be able to do for the person you are making the offer to.
We've all hear about irresistible offers right?
The second is
But more often than not - irresistible offers are simply clear compelling promises made to a buy.
Check out these two promises:
Over the next 12 weeks I'll introduce you to 6 eligible 6ft+ men (dark in complexion) who earn above N60million a year and are interested in a long term relationship with a woman over 35yrs old.
VS
I'll help you find true love and real intimacy.
The first one brought in N40million in a week the first time it was launched back in 2017 with my Find Him, Get Him & Keep Him relationship brand for women interested in long term companionship but not necessarily marriage.
The second I still haven't sold till date.
The second component of a great offer is a PLAN.
This is where you introduce your SolutionFrame and show them your three step pathway from where they are to where they want to be.
The purpose of a SolutionFrame in an offer is to reduce anxiety.
The goal is to show people a CLEAR PATH from point A to point B.
Done well - you will create instant credibility with complete strangers.
The 4th component of an offer is Price.
Here's the thing I've learned over time - people don't have a problem paying for stuff - they have a problem committing to stuff.
That's why you must always make yourself easy to buy.
There are many ways that price can be engineered.
My favorite is a lump sum up front and then monthly payments after for as long as I work with them.
This gives me instant cashflow as well as recurring income.
The final component of an offer is Why now?
People think people respond to value but truth be told they respond to consequences more.
If I say I'm offering such and such for a given price and it'll only be available till such and such a time...
I will only be taken seriously to the extent that that has been true in the past.
These 4 components make up what an offer is all about.
Apply them and watch your results improve.
Till tomorrow..
Get out of your own way
