So it's official.

This will be my very last email until 2022.

Thank you all for an amazing year so far.

For the current graduates of the 97 day challenge...

Big congratulations to you for following through.

Tonight we have our last clinic session...

But to be honest...

It'll be more of a celebration/party for sticking it through.
