Let's talk about High Contact Group Programs...

These programs typically run for 12 months with an investment anywhere from $5,000 to $100,000.

Like short courses...

There's a lot of leverage with these programs mainly because you can work with multiple people at the same time.

Running these kinds of programs positions you very strongly as a leader in your field and provides your business with long-term growth and stability.

AKA...

You'll be around for a pretty long time.

Typically it’s best to open the program to new clients on fixed dates rather than allowing people to join throughout the year.

That creates regular cashflow to fund growth and investment for the whole year ahead....

If done right.

Where a short program focuses on a very narrowly defined result...

A longer program allows you to help your clients achieve a much bigger transformation.

Taking my own practice as an example...

In the 97 day challenge....

I've helped multiple people reach the $10k revenue mark within 3 months...

But...

In Expert Business School...

With a full year to support them....

I can help them transform their practice...

Position themselves as a leader in their industry...

Build a movement around their core message...

And build the systems and processes to attract clients....

And keep scaling and growing their business.

But aside from that...

Long programs have a number of other benefits...

The first is accountability.

Clients on this type of program are often asked to set goals for the next session and share them with the group.

No one wants to show up meeting after meeting...

Saying they haven’t done what they said they would...

So the group holds the members accountable.

You can build on that even further either by setting up a buddy system

(where members pair up specifically to keep each other on track through the year)

Or by allocating each program participant an accountability coach.

The second is community.

For 12 months...

Your clients are surrounded by peers who are on the same journey as they are...

They can ask for and give feedback...

And they are growing and advancing together.

I’ve seen many awesome partnerships started in these programs.

That sense of ‘belonging’ is also a major benefit for you...

If clients feel like they have found their ‘tribe’ in your group...

They are likely to keep renewing year after year.

A typical high-end program might include...

Regular meetings to build community and maintain momentum.

Workshops throughout the year on specific topics.

On-demand training for other skills....

Especially...

If each participant will need them at different times.

Some form of coaching...

Whether it’s laser coaching or dedicated time to make sure the client keeps making progress.

So now you know.
