Today I want to share with you the games we play...

If you decide to that building a practice is for you.

I'd like for you to think of this as the 4 games we play...

I particularly love the metaphor of games...

Primarily because it has fun baked into it.

So..

Let's burst these out shall we?

First game: The 97 Day Game

In the community mastery method, our primary growth strategy is something referred to as a cluster strategy™.

A cluster is typically a product with a clear transformation/result designed to solve a specific problem for a specific market and delivered in a way that is commercially smart.

I'll let that sinking in for a while.

It's the most effective way to build a practice and not be held hostage with the "business idea of niching".

In a practice you can have as many different clusters as you can solve problems in.

For instance...

I'm in the health space with the 21 day pot belly challenge priced at $1500 on the front end and targeted at frustrated but private executives who want to get rid of their pot bellies and look and feel sexy again.

I'm in the business space with TribeCraft™ where I help microfinance banks reduce their ad spend by 75% and double the number of funded savings accounts opened in 90 days.

I'm in the relationship space with Love Advantage designed to help entrepreneurial couples implement unconditional love so they stay good friends, have consistent amazing sex and achieve amazing goals together.

I'm in the peak performance space with project Exponential where I help ambitious and powerful individuals achieve seemingly impossible goals.

And I'm only just warming up.

These are all incredibly profitable clusters for me.

The most important thing to do when launching your practice is to get a profitable cluster up and running...

That's why the 97 day challenge is pretty much the first thing you get to do with me...

It gets you to launch that first cluster profitably.

Once you have a profitable cluster...we move to the second game.

Second Game: The 360 Day Game

Here's the core idea...

Once you have your first cluster up and running..

The game is to launch one new cluster each and every quarter.

In other words...

Once you have something that brings in $10,000 a month...

What you want to do is...

Launch a brand new cluster every three months and get that new cluster to $10,000 a month.

Now as part of the game...

The assumption is that half the clusters that you launch will fail and only half will succeed...

So that means if you launch 4 clusters within 360 days...

We only expect 2 to succeed.

Why?

It helps us manage our expectations.

Typically that means when done correctly you can expect to grow by an additional $20,000 a month each and every year for as long as you like.

That's the 360 day game: Launch 4 clusters, bring in an extra $240,000 a year.

Notice I haven't said anything about funnels?

Third Game: The 1000 Day Game

The 1000 day game is simply about getting to $60,000 a month, $720,000 a year by deploying 6 very profitable clusters over a three year period.

Now I understand that these are audacious numbers for some of us...

But truth be told...

Most of us would be happy with just $300000 a year..

All I'm doing here is sharing what's possible...

I've done this...

My clients have done this...

It. Can. Be. Done.

Is it easy?

Not necessarily.

But it is simple and very possible..

The Fourth Game: The 3600 Day Game

The 3600 day game is about securing your financial success.

The game plan is simple...

Invest $10,000 a month for 10 years and you've never have to worry about money again for the rest of your life.

The key idea here is not to radically improve your lifestyle each time your income takes a jump.

It's about making sure there's enough of a gap between your expenses and what's leftover...

That you have at least $10,000 a month to invest outside your practice for 10 years.

Now do you have to wait until you are at $720,000 in order to be able to invest $10000 a month for 10 years?

No...

You start right where you are.

The biggest return in investment you'll ever get will come from investments you make in yourself...

So do that...

Invest in your ability to make impossible things happen for people.

Invest in getting rid of the limiting beliefs that hold you back from your potential.

Invest in building an impeccable character, the ability to think long term and effectively manage risks.

These three investments...

When done at the start....

Compound on each other....

And accelerate you income, impact and influence in the market place.

So now you know the games we're playing...

Said another way...

The game plan is to build a practice that generates an additional $240,000 every year so we can invest $10,000 a month over a 10 year period and so never have to worry about money again.

Now just in case I'm coming on too strong and giving the Victor only cares about money vibe...

For Nigeria...

It's $2000 to $4000 a year!!!

Globally...

The highest is $68000!

When I say the threshold for wealth is $150,000...

I'm not playing people!

Each and everyone of us can make far much more than we currently are...

And as a result...

Be a force for good.

It is criminally irresponsible to deliberately choose to settle for less than your potential.

It's not just a crime against humanity

It's a crime against yourself.

If you're not making as much money as you'd like too...

The simple fact is you're not as good at the money part of this game as you think you are...

AKA..

You're not very commercially smart with your knowledge, expertise and life experience...

And...

You're limited by your current skills, beliefs and character.
