To be honest I thought my life was over...

But thanks to Lawrence Holumidey , an amazing man I met during my compulsory youth service year at Abeokuta

I got a larger vision of myself and what's possible...

So with fire in my bones and bright ideas in my head...

I headed back to calabar after my service year end and...

Promptly started to fail...

Big time..

If you met me then and in the years that followed...

You'd probably think I was cursed..

You see...

That's the funny thing about failure...

She's quite the trickster...

If you're not paying attention...

And pay attention I did...

Each epic failure brought be closer and closer to the success I wanted...

Then one night I went to bed and woke up the next day...

Everything changed.

I was no longer the man who seemed to be cursed...

In the years that followed since that day...

I've had the opportunity to serve as advisor to 3 Presidents of African countries...

Ambassadors and senators...

Is my life perfect... ?

Far from it...

I still have my struggles and my failings...
