The first time I learned about Laser Coaching was from a gentleman called Rob Goyette...

I was just coming out of the nightmare of settling my N1.5billion debt back in 2020.

You work one-on-one with a client in very short...

Focused sessions...

Typically 15-20 minutes.

You might think that it’s hard to get results in such a short time...

But that's only if you don't have a SolutionFrame™ backing what you do.

You can get a surprising amount done as long as you run the session properly...

And...

Both you and your client stay focused on a SolutionFrame™ and results.

The aim is to provide accountability, feedback and direction...

And sometimes motivation and support.

One thing is for sure...

There isn’t much time for education...

And if you do go into teaching mode...

You’ll soon find that your sessions start to overrun.

The client can have as many laser coaching sessions as they want over a fixed period of time...

Typically 6 or 12 months.

However...

They are buying the right to ask you for support...

Not your time.

You commit to making yourself available...

And the investment is the same whether they book the calls or not...

It’s their responsibility to ask for coaching when they need it...

And you’re not going to chase them if they don’t.

To keep things manageable for you and ensure the client keeps making progress...

At the end of each call...

You agree on a task they must complete before they can book the next call.

Each time the client requests a call...

You ask them if they’ve completed their homework...

And you also ask specifically what the call is going to be about so that you can keep the session tightly focused.

Laser coaching is a great model that allows you to create massive value for the clients who truly want it...

And charge accordingly.

For example...

Back in 2020 to bring in cashflow...

I offered laser coaching for N900,000 per client for 6 months of laser coaching to help participants of the Brand Acceleration Workshop implement what they learned.

I reached out to a few via email and followed up with private calls...

20 clients signed up within the week.

N18million in revenue...

Much needed cashflow that took care of the bills...

And...

Gave me the breathing space I needed to think about my next steps.

Those were pretty tough times for me.

I mentioned how it's interesting how things happen...

People and resources showing up exactly when you need it.
