What I’m going to share with you today is a five step process that will help you generate good income within your first 30days in business starting from scratch without a website, business cards or a large list of people to market to.

I know what it’s like to need clients now…

To not have enough money to pay your bills and to have your landlord screaming and threatening to kick you and your family out on the streets simply because you don’t have the money for rent.

When you find yourself in situations like this, you need money fast…

And this five step process I’m about to share does that.

So pay attention…

What I’m about to share works.

In fact I’m going to be using one of my most recent clients as a case study.

Step One: Decide the problem you are going to solve and who you’re going to solve it for.

There are just three basic problem areas that you should focus on providing solutions for people…

If you want to generate revenue fast.

Relationships

Health

Money

No matter what your area of expertise is..

I’m certain you can think of a way to solve problems for people in just one of these areas.

Once you make up your mind on the problem area, get down to specifics and determine exactly what problems you will be solving in that specific problem area.

But to do that...

You need to know who you want to solve a problem for.

Who you solve problems for determines what specific problems you solve within each of the three major problem areas I shared above.

The key to determining who to solve problems for is to look in your current network.

For instance a while back I started working with an amazing young man called Segun Adegoke.

Segun is an expert on online marketing.

Though he has extensive experience managing the online presence for the company he currently works for…

He is only just thinking of turning his expertise into a lucrative profit center.

When I helped Segun walk through this process...

He chose to solve a problem in the area of money.

Then we looked at his current network and discovered that most of the people in his network had problems generating business from their websites...

Which where nothing more than glorified institutional brochures.

When we discovered that...

He made up his mind to help them solve that specific problem.

Step Two: Create Your Distinctive Solution System™ (DSS)

You DSS is your foundational step by step system for solving a specific problem for your market place based on your core message.

Your core message is the one central theme of your life.

It's your primary area of mastery.

It’s what sets you apart from everyone else claiming to be able to do what you do.

So back to our example...

Based on his discovery of the ideal problem for him to solve and who he’s going to solve it for…

We developed a 5 step DSS that Segun chose to call The Online Client Attraction Formula.

Step Three: Choose an Income Accelerator

An income accelerator is a profit model that generates revenue fast when it is implemented in the right way.

There are only seven income accelerators that you need to be concerned about on your path to highly paid expert status:

Premier programs and VIP Intensives

Workshops, Seminars and events

Online training programs

Licensing and certification programs

Done for you services

Memberships and associations

Physical information products

For Segun, the income accelerator that I recommended he choose was a VIP Intensive.

Basically a VIP intensive is you working with a client over a period of one to two days to help them get a very specific result.

VIP Intensives as cool because they allow you to create transformations and big results for your clients in one day.

The VIP Intensive we designed for Segun, provided his clients with a complete online make over plus a strategy for generating leads almost instantly online.

In other words, in just one day working with Segun they got their websites completely redesigned, launched and made client attractive.

We priced this program at N75,000…

Which is ridiculous considering the results it produces.

But when I suggested at least N175000...

Segun looked like he was about to shat himself so...

Now here’s the thing…

Segun didn't have a website at the time

Step Four: Go out and book strategy sessions

A strategy session is a conversation you have with a prospect to demonstrate your expertise and enroll them in your program.

With Segun, we grew up a list of people who would be ideal prospects for his VIP Intensive.

We came up with 20 names from his phone.

I coached him on what to say and how to present his offer in the best possible light.

Then I got him to get on the phone and book appointments with all twenty prospects.

Step Five: Convert the conversations to cash

Segun was on fire!

Of the twenty people he spoke to about what he was offering…eleven hired him.

By the way…all this took place in a week.

That’s over N700000 in revenue in a week for someone who had previously never even earn up to N100,000 in income in a month…

In spite of the good work he does for the company he currently works for.

This five step process is pretty simple to follow but their extremely powerful when properly applied.
