There's no escaping the fact that one of the

major keys to establishing trust online is a

high level of competence in your field.


Unfortunately...


Developing competence isn't something that

most of use deliberately do...


Do if you're game...


Let me share with you a simple practice that

I use to up my game.


Chose one area of your expertise that you'd

like to radically improve on...


Then everyday...


In the morning...


Decide what you're specifically going to do

that day to improve on it...


In the evening..


Write what worked...


What didn't work...


What you will do to make it better...


And specifically how you'll apply your learning

the next day...


What I've just shared is called deliberate

practice and is one of the key strategies for

mastering anything.


QUESTION 2:WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

IN ORDER TO GET KNOWN BY THE RIGHT

PEOPLE FOR THE RIGHT REASONS?


There two things you can do...


Either focus this week on building

relationships with other players in your

field...


If this is the route you want to take...


Right out a list of people that you can

actually help with your expertise...


And simply kickstart the relationship

by offering to be useful to them...


The second this is to expand your

audience...


One thing you can do is put together a

report...


A 10 to 15 page report that educated your

ideal client on your area of expertise or your

methodology.


Set it up for download...


Then show up on groups...


And promote it on their promo days.


QUESTION 3: WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

TO GET PAID?


Making real money in your expert business..


Comes down to creating and selling

products...


The problem is most of us create way too

many products...


And make way too few offers...


So flip that on its head this week...


Crate an offer that solves a problem for

a specific market...


And simply contact them and tell them

about it.


QUESTION 4: WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS...


Business growth in our space comes down

to 4 things...


1. Systems...Documenting your processes


2. Sales...Actually designing your sales

process


3. Strategy...Planning your campaigns and

Marketing activities in advance
