As humans we all want and need connection.
But here's the thing...
Build a tribe of customers...
Not a tribe of prospects.
Connect your customers in communities
where they collaborate, support and learn
together.
Have a clear vision...
Know who you are
What you want and how it is you get it.
#3 Empower your customers
The goals, hopes and dreams of your customers..
Are driven not just by how...but by why.
When your customers are armed with the
right knowledge and the right tools...
They will spread your value far and wide
#4 Provide a roadmap
Distill your process into a visual
road map...
It'll give you a level of credibility that
can't easily be beat.
#5 Illuminate don't manipulate
Empathy is the key to unlocking your
prospects attention.
Understanding where they are and meeting
them there...
Is the key to turning a prospect into a customer..
And a customer into a client...a fan.
#6 Make Frequent Offers
Prove you can help by helping.
Be generous with your knowledge, information and
wisdom.
Distribute it to the world and invite your tribe to
take action on it regularly.
Don't force things.
Pull people towards you with value and
respect...
Not force and hype..
#7 Dominate inboxes and newsfeeds
Regularly and congruently appear in front of your people.
Consistency and frequency breed trust, confidence and loyalty.
Turn up as yourself.
