Yesterday was fun.


We had the first part of the How to Launch a coaching and consulting practice that thrives in any economy.

Yesterday I started the conversation about The Tribemaster Practice Accelerators:

And we dug into the accelerators that help you create a Circle of Clients in your practice.


Today we're taking that conversation further and talking about the Tribe of Customers.


Everything we do in a Tribemasters practice is focused on creating and keeping customers.


Why?


Well customers become clients.


And when you build the Tribe of Customers the right way...


What happens is that you create ideal clients.


Clients who know and recognize your worth.


The first step to creating a customer is pretty simply: Offer them something to invest in.


Yup.


It's that simple.


What most miss out though is that this offer to buy something should be designed with continuity in mind.


In other words you want something that's part of a series.


Why?


So the person why buys this month, potentially would be interested in buying next month.


That's why I love subscription based offers.


Ideally though you sell these offers month by month to give people options.


Once you've created a customer...


Your job is to keep them.


That's where the accelerator Ethical Cult Building comes into play.


This is pretty much about using the same social dynamics that fuel world religions and social movements and implementing them within a commercial environment.


It's incredibly powerful.


Imagine installing a protocol so powerful that your customers offer the same level of loyalty that the Pope enjoys.


Once Ethical Cult Building is installed as an accelerator, you literally don't need to bother about copywriting, being able to write super sales letters or anything like that...

I find it amusing that whilst the most power way to grow our practice is not through marketing but through referrals...


Most of us actually do not have an active plan for generating and creating referrals for our practice.

The final accelerator is Bridge Programing.


A Bridge Program is simply a program that solves a problem and at the same time gives customers the opportunity to invest in themselves as well as upgrade their relationship with you.


It's typically a short run program and can be anything from $100 all the way up to $3000 depending on the market you serve and the problem you solve.


These programs can be anything from a 90mins consultation that you charge $250 to $1000 for ....


To workshops, masterclasses, challenges, 30 day transformational programs...


The emphasis here being that they are live programs with interactions with you.


The other really great thing about bridge programs is that once done, they can be added to the library of resources available to your clients and customers.


Cool right?
