It a cold morning here in my corner of the world and to be honest it took some effort to get out of bed this morning.

Yesterday the training on The Way of the Tribemaster took off.

The Way of the Tribemaster is core curriculum that I'm creating for the Tribemaster Framework.

The goal is to have all the primary and fundamental concepts for the Tribemaster Framework fleshed out and recorded so I have a resource that new members of Tribemasters will be required to go through in order to get a grounding on how we work.

Completing it will be the first step to success on your Tribemaster Journey.

Yesterday we dug into the first force multiplier: Master Your Message

here's a key idea from yesterday,,,

Messaging for Tribemasters is created to do 3 things:

1. Build your credibility and trustworthiness
2. Create opportunity
3. Indoctrinate and expand your influence

That's it.

It's not really about entertaining, inspiring, educating or informing your audience.

Those are all side benefits.

The goal fundamentally is to engineer, earn and keep trust.

If you keep that in mind - you'll do just fine.

There are three keys to mastering your message.

1. The DSS Distillation Process - this is about productizing your values so you have IP that sits behind everything that you do. It's what people buy into and the umbrella under which every thing you want to do fits.
2. SolutionFraming: This is about IP that solves specific problems and gives you the opportunity to get paid ungodly sums of money for helping people solve problems
3. Influence Architecture - this is about leveraging your IP to create and distribute content that inspires insane levels of loyalty, trust and commitment from your market place
