Hey there

Let's talk about cash - your cash.

A few days back I had a conversation with a gentleman just starting out his practice.

His goal was to eventually escape his current job

But here's the problem:

The business model he was choosing didn't offer him the freedom he wanted long term - and he knew that for a fact, but convinced himself that anything was better than his current job and at least he'll have his own thing going. #sigh

So I shared my business model with him:

Work 3 days a week to generate $500k to $1.5m serving a private community who have bought into a future I represent, supported by one or two staffs so I can do work I like with people I like and how I like.

That's the game I'm playing.

That essentially is what I refer to as a Tribemasters Practice and I've seen it do a lot for my clients in terms of the level of fulfilment and freedom they enjoy.

His response?

Tell me more.

And I did.

I share that with you because you owe it to yourself to be the very best that you be...

Make the very most that you can make.

And that is limited to a very large extent by your level of awareness about what's possible.

Like my father would say:

There's money everywhere but only for those with eyes to see it and the heart to go get their share

Let me share something with you:

The model you see above is called the Tribemaster Stack.

Here's what it says...

1. I speak and author resources about the Tribemaster Framework and attract a bunch of seekers who I invest time and energy to indoctrinate. This core activity drives everything else. This could be free or paid depending on the opportunity.
2. I offer workshops to give seekers the opportunity to become customers and customers the opportunity to become clients
3. If you're not yet at $10k a month, I invite you to join the academy for $1500 or $5000 depending on the level of access I have available.
4. If you're doing above $10k, I invite you to join the International Society of Tribemasters (The Society for short) for $10k to $50k a year depending on the level of access and support you want from me.
5. If you run a consulting firm and want to implement the Tribemaster Framework that's available only if you're already a member of the Society.

As you can see - even with a small number of clients and customers, the numbers stack up pretty nicely.

By the way did I mention that this is 90% recurring revenue?

It's based on what I shared a few months back called the Perfect Offer Stack (The POS for short).
