  2. Journal: My current set point is… (describe your now).
  3. Journal: My new set point is… (present tense, as if it’s already here).
  4. Set a daily phone reminder with your new set point affirmation.
  5. When it goes off, pause, say it aloud, and imagine turning your inner dial up one notch.

2. Guided Visualization – Living at Your Higher Self

  • Close your eyes and walk a glowing path to a door with your name on it.
  • Step into the home and life of your next-level self.
  • See through their eyes, feel their emotions, make their choices.
  • Anchor it with: I am already this person. My life is already meeting me here.

3. Manifestation Debug Mode Reframe


Old belief: If I just work harder, I’ll raise my set point.


New truth: My set point rises when I become the version of me who already lives there—before the results show up.


When you lead with identity, the results not only arrive—they stay.
