Belief Systems

Hello there
Last week, I mentioned that I discovered a belief that I had which was causing an imbalance in my ligaments in my lower back.
Soon after that day, it came to me while I was in the shower...
I know what you are thinking, and yes I find that my thinking / reflecting / connection with myself occurs when I'm alone, without distraction and always, always in places where I feel safe, the shower is one of them.
That I had an old Tangled belief system still running causing me discomfort in the same area relating to the negative program "Money is Evil".
The last 12 months I have been working on healing multiple misalignments (sekeletal system) in my body.
My misalignment was due to my L5 and S1 discs herniated which is a condition that refers to a problem with a rubbery disc between the spinal bones.
Some herniated discs cause no symptoms. Others can irritate nearby nerves and result in pain, numbness or weakness in an arm or leg.
For me I was unable to walk, lift my leg without feeling excrushiating pain which took away the one thing I loved to do, weight train.
Fast forward 16 months.
I was in the shower and asked, do I have a belief system causing discomfort in my lower back (buldging dic area)?
And you guessed it! It was a yes!
Holding onto a belief is one thing, but, did you know that we create "belief systems" which is far worse than just having 1 or 2 beliefs individually.
What happens is that if you uncover and release a belief that is tied up or entangled within a belief system, that belief will not fully process and will continue to run in the background, like an app on your phone.
Until you identify and release the whole belief system, you will continue to revert over and over again, although you can't see the app, its still sitting in the background running.
There are 5 types of belief systems, basic, split, parallel, tangled and partial.
The most common is a basic belief system, think of a simple tree structure.
The top of the tree (leaves) is the negative program;
the branches are limiting beliefs, you could have 1 - 5ish within the system;
the trunk of the tree is the Faulty Core Belief; and
the roots of the tree is like your Faulty core identiy.
And... to top it off a Belief System will always have associated imbalances caused by negative emotions, without identifying and processing those emotions your program will continue to run in some way.
Are your actions or lack of actions directing you to a belief?
Do you feel like you are running ground hog day?
Maybe you have never thought about it.
Is there something in your life you have been attempting to master, got so far and stopped?
Chances are you are running a negative program.
