Money is the root of all evil

As I lay in my bed, I meditate and reflect.

This is usually a morning ritual, the timeframe is dependent on my schedule and what I have on for the day.

This morning, I wake up still feeling off, slightly blocked sinus, coughing like an 80 year old smoker, it’s been a week since my immune system was attacked after a self inflicted night of fun, dancing and of course drinking alcohol (not a regular occurrence) after the Lions won the grand final.

I need to continue to nurture myself and more rest is needed to allow my body to focus on healing.

As part of my reflection I ask questions and seek answers from my body

Is there an system imbalance that I can rebalance?

Of course, I receive a yes.

The system imbalance that was discovered (not exactly what you would expect) was a ligament imbalance in the skeletal system.

I still from time to time experience discomfort in my lower back especially after weight training.

It’s been a year since discovering the bulging discs in the L5 & S1 from an MRI.

As I maneuver through the process of what is contributing to the imbalance of the ligaments in the lower back which is the specific connective tissue that connects bones to other bones.

I am taken to belief code.

Love | self | and the negative statement or belief contributing to my discomfort is...

“Money is the root of all evil”

A subconscious belief exists as a distinct, singular pattern of energy that are incongruent with conscious beliefs which can be changed energetically and only when a person has a desire to change the incongruent belief.

I know what you are thinking...

and the answer... discomfort, pain or disconnection in the body, can be caused by anything, in this particular moment, for me, it was this belief contributing to the imbalance in my ligament found in my lower back.

Who would have thought!?

Not me, not in this moment, as it was my cough I wanted to help, my body had a different priority. And you know what's interesting since writing this email, I haven't coughed once ;)

Either way, I’m one step closer to resolving my discomfort in my lower back and improving on my money beliefs and my immune system.

Sitting, laying down with no distraction with just your thoughts and breath is a way to connect with your inner-self which can uncover some really deep and may seem random imbalances.

Doing this will not only improve your connection with yourself but will improve your overall thoughts and wellbeing.

When was the last time you connected with yourself?

What do you do to connect with yourself?

We would love to hear from you.
