The other day I was having this same conversation we've been having this week about transformations with a client and she said 'but I'm not the only one who can help them to GET this transformation... so then what?

And you know what?

She's right.

She's not the only one that can help her people transform, just like I'm not the only one who can help you transform.

There's a 1000 ways to get the job done and plenty of versions of whatever service we're talking about whether it's coaching or organizing or tutoring or whatever for people to choose from.

So the question is this - and this is the same one I asked her - if that's true, if you're not the only one, then why you? Why choose to transform your way, with you, in your container, with your offer/strategy/solution?

And before she answered - before you answer - I reminded her of this one thing:

When you answer this question, it's not the time to be deferential, or undersell yourself, or deflect your amazingness, or tone down your light in anyway.

When you talk about why you is the time you turn the volume up to 100 on YOU.

For example:

Yes, there are a million versions of group coaching available. There are lots of small-group-size options.

And I still really do believe down to my little toes that you should join mine, for two reasons in particular.

First, I have two black-belt level skills that I bring to all coaching, but group in particular:

• asking the right question at the right time to create forward progress for both YOU and the group,
• the ability to strip the noise and drama out of processes (and time and pricing and structures) so that they become simple, easy to manage and use, and successful sooner than later.

I'm really good doing both of these things (and always happy to give you former/current clients to ask about it if you're looking for references...), and I want to do them on your behalf, for YOUR growth and progress.

Second, I will be fighting and advocating and pushing and loving you for the sake of your goals and business and success and for the sake of the people who really do need you from the minute you say yes forward.

From 'yes' on, I am in your corner - and having someone in your corner, who won't give up even when it feels scary and hard and uncertain and uncomfortable, makes a HUGE difference.

I know because I have been on both the giving and receiving end of this kind of support - and it, in and of itself, is transformational.

My group coaching is different because of this.

• Go tell them why YOU are different. No dimming your light, no undersell, no deflection - full on, tell them.

[because really, they need to know - they NEED YOU and what you do... like, now, not eventually]
