It's all fine and well for me to tell you what *I* what kinds of transformations my clients have had.

It's all fine and well for me to tell you the growth I've seen, the work they've created, the change that's been visible to me.

But it's a different thing entirely for them to tell you themselves.

You know when the marketing folks and the web designers and the business coaches say 'don't forget to ask for those testimonials!' and we smile and nod and think 'but ugh, it feels so awkward...'?

This is why.

Because hearing about the transformation from the person trying to make the sale (even if you trust them ;)) is great, but hearing it from the person who has transformed is DIFFERENT.

So, for you, today?

Think of someone who you've helped to transform.

• If you HAVE a testimonial, give yourself a high-five, and then go SHARE it.
• If you DON'T have a testimonial, go ask for it (and then also give yourself a high-five!), and once it comes in - go SHARE it.

I'm doing the same here because I will never be the one to suggest you DO things that I too don't do.
