But really, what about the what and the how?

Hey there, ,


We're going to keep talking about transformations.


And also?


The what and the how of the transformations needs to make an appearance (thank goodness, haha!).


Because people want to know what you do and how you do it to get from here to different.


For example...


In UNComplicating Success small group coaching, we simplify your business, create consistency and balance in your work, and get greater control over your time, processes and work --- which all combine to grow your business.


But how? What do we actually DO?


How does that actually happen IN a group of people who might be really different from you, who have different goals, who want and need different things?


First, a what: part of the magic about this group coaching program in particular is that the largest group possible is 4 people.


Why?


Because as a teacher with 25+ years of instructional experience teaching groups of all shapes and sizes, I know that that as soon as we cross the line to 5 people, we create room for someone to hide and stay quiet rather than get the individual support and attention that they need (and are paying for!) within the group. And I'm not cool with that.


No one joins group coaching just to see and listen. No one pays thousands of dollars to just see OTHER people get what they need.


And so the max is 4.


Second, a how: in the first week of group coaching everyone shares both goals and obstacles.


In 10 rounds of groups what I have seen every time is that while the goals are often (very) different, the obstacles are often (sometimes word for word) the same.


What's wild about being human is that we are all so different and also by and large have the same problems with confidence, consistency, out-of-control processes and schedules and more.


In group coaching my job as the coach and facilitator is to look at you and the other 3 humans in the group every single week and ask 'what's the next thing that each of these people need to get to their goal?'


My job is to listen to the struggles, find the commonalities and use those to help EVERYONE grow forward.


My job is to create space for each individual's growth AND also move the whole group forward - and doing this is one of my superpowers.


The transformations (yep, we're here again) come because we're in a strategically small community with an experienced coach/facilitator and we're all invested in the growth of each person. We're all in it together.


And, one more how because I think it matters: we *always* celebrate.


Every week. In every call. Outside of calls. We celebrate.


Because there is no better jumping off point for transformation and growth than what's ALREADY WORKING.


So.

Because they want to know, and it helps them to know that you've actually thought about the what's and the how's of it all.
