WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE KIDS AFTER SCHOOL??? . . Hit me with suggestions, please! What do you do after school with your children? Do you have a routine or fave activities? Anything they can do on their own? ? What do they normally do between once back home?? . . . We pick up Baba super early so he is basically back at home before 3pm! The thing is, I still need to work as I have many deadlines at the minute...? We do some crafts, or play games together and practise lines or reading. But there are times I need to get on with my work too! And cook dinner ? I find it so long and feel guilty to ask him to watch some cartoons if we can not go to the park or if he is too tired... So I need your help. Get me some ideas or what works for you please ?. . . School days are so short in the UK! I used to be at school until 5pm in France. All I remember doing with my mum was my homework before the bath and dinner ?

MOTHERHOOD ?? . . . What has motherhood taught you so far? What have you learned about yourself? ? . . This year has had its challenges, both mentally and physically! I have doubted many times my role as a parent. Or even my ability to be a good mum. Especially lately ? . . But I would say that motherhood taught me to be more patient and also kinder to myself ? Plus, to ask for help and support from my family and friends when needed. Because I am not on my own in this long journey that is certainly full of emotions! ??. . . Tell me now how motherhood has changed you. And remember in the dark moments... There is no perfect recipe to be a good mum. As long as you are loving and you try, you are doing a good job! Whatever others say! ?Nobody is perfect...??

KIDS REGRESSED DUE TO COVID-19 ?. . . . A recent Ofsted report found out that kids are hardest hit by the lockdown. Some children are losing basic communication skills. Even some have been 'regressing back' into nappies or even not being able to use cutlery anymore ? More importantly, children with special educational needs and disabilities have been more seriously affected than others ?. . . Have you noticed any change with your children?
