And one of my fav quote on the topic is “In a world where you can be anything, be kind” - Unknown ? . . . Nobody is perfect and god knows that there are days, I don't feel like this! But part of my motto is 'Be Kind & Supportive' ? I have been burnt some times in the past when I was too kind to some people, but the feeling of giving to others is one of the best, so I will keep that up and have that particularly in mind today. Are you missing social connections? How is it for you not to see others physically? Or maybe are you an introvert and you actually cope well during the lockdown? It is so lovely with the weather and I really felt like people were happier. The mood has lifted and strangers are eager to connect. By simply saying hello or even commenting on the weather or the local beauty on the way ?It made me a bit sad actually. I realised that people were somehow desperate for some human connection again because they miss contacts with others so badly and many experience loneliness ? . . . Maybe, we turned a bit into robots, isolated at home and spending more times on our screens to talk to others. After all, we humans are social creatures ?‍♀️. ▶▶ 'We human beings are social beings. Did you know that Baba was a 'heart baby'? Indeed, he was born with a VSD. Basically, a little hole in his heart. He had to have some open-heart surgery at barely 6 months old. It was a scary time and we thought for a moment that we would lose him ?. . . . I am talking about it because February is officially National Heart Disease Awareness Month and there isn't a week where I don't think about it and how lucky we were. The Evelina Hospital was amazing. I will never ever forget some babies I saw in its wards when Baba was there back in 2016. Some did not make it home... ? . . .
