The first time I heard my dad speak to a group of downsized middle managers and executives I was blown away.

Not by his speaking skills-because I knew he was a good speaker.

It was because of the way he explained franchising.

It was unique (to say the least). And more.

But for me...for someone just starting to learn about an aspect of franchising I knew nothing about, it helped me understand the magic of the franchise business model.
