"Just Think Positive" they said 🤯

Hi ,

I wanted to continue sharing a bit more of my personal story today.

I already mentioned in my last email how the anxiety I felt as a child never really went away, and it followed me throughout my teens and adulthood. When my husband was late-diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis in our mid-20s, it felt like a huge wave of anxiety hit us both. I don’t think it fully sank in for well over a year 😥

His health became a central part of our life, and there were moments when I was stretched thin, emotionally and physically. I found myself constantly worrying not only about his health but also my own (I think the hyper-awareness of his health contributed to my own experience of health anxiety), which impacted my ability to enjoy life for many years.

I didn’t discover tapping until my late 30s, but I was so glad when I did. It was, and still is, one of the few things that truly helped me cope and navigate these incredibly tough moments. It became my go-to technique, and it’s now a daily practice I use to help myself feel calm and centered 🧘‍♀️💜

Through these experiences, I not only learned how deeply anxiety can affect every part of your life —your health, your relationships, your ability to enjoy the present—but also how essential it is to have practical tools to manage it...

With anxiety, it's not just about "thinking positive" (someone actually said this to me when I explained my struggles with anxiety) or hoping things will get better. It’s about having strategies that work, that you can turn to in the moment when everything feels overwhelming. That’s why tapping resonated with me so much—it’s a simple but powerful way to regain control.

Of course, my husband still has CF, and while there are still anxious times when it comes to his health, we’ve both learned how to navigate them better (yes, he uses tapping now too! 🙌).

This journey is what inspired me to create the Anxiety Relief Program. I know first-hand how overwhelming anxiety can feel, but I also know it’s possible to break free from it. My approach combines personal experience with proven techniques like EFT Tapping that are designed to help you feel more calm, confident and in control of your emotions.

The program is still available at 20% off until this Sunday, and it includes all of the strategies that helped me. You can join by clicking the button below (remember to use the code EMAILTY20 at checkout!).
