I’m so excited to share something new with you today. In my latest tapping video, we move through the powerful poem “Let Them” by Cassie Phillips.
This poem is all about letting go and releasing the need to control or change others. It begins with a bit of an indignant tone - challenging the urge to chase after people - and gradually softens into a peaceful, gentle acceptance. It’s a reminder to reclaim your worth and allow others to be who they are, without forcing them to meet your expectations.
Apparently, this poem inspired Mel Robbins' book, 'The Let Them Theory' too.
