Can I tell you something a little vulnerable about sleep? 🌙

Hi ,

Can I tell you something a little vulnerable?

For years, my relationship with sleep was...complicated. My nights looked a lot like this...

☚ī¸Ž Lying there with a restlessness that just will not subside...

☚ī¸Ž Being unable to get comfortable no matter what I did...

☚ī¸Ž That horrible "ping-awake" feeling at 3am, with a mind that immediately shifted into full speed...

☚ī¸Ž Looping thoughts. Night-time anxiety. The works.

☚ī¸Ž And that dread of 9pm arriving, knowing I'd have to try to sleep again...I'd lie there willing it to happen, only to feel the frustration bleed into the next day - affecting my energy, my mood, my mental health.

It felt like this ongoing battle which had no sign of letting up. I was frazzled, exhausted and upset.

What finally shifted things?

A few things, but EFT tapping was the catalyst.

I did the boring stuff too btw! reducing caffeine, ditching screens before bed, reading instead, breathwork. All helpful. All worth doing. But they didn't get to the root of it.

What tapping gave me was something different...

  • A way to actually process everything that had built up throughout the day, rather than carrying it into bed with me.
  • It helped me reduce cortisol and calm my stress response at the moment I needed it most.
  • But more than that - it helped me stop beating myself up. To be genuinely gentle with myself. To give my body permission to rest, rather than lying there frustrated that sleep wasn't coming.

That shift in relationship with myself? That's what changed everything.

It wasn't overnight, and it wasn't perfect...But gradually, my nervous system started to feel safe at night...

My relationship with sleep softened...

Over the past twelve months, my average sleep score has been 90. I genuinely never thought that would be possible for me.

➥ī¸Ž This is exactly why I created Seven Nights of Somatic Sleep.

It's a seven-night audio course that combines EFT tapping with somatic body awareness, designed to help you build a kinder relationship with rest - by working with your body and nervous system, rather than just fighting your thoughts 🙏

Each night moves gently through a theme: Settle, Soften, Surface, Shift, Surrender, Soothe and Slumber. Sessions are best listened to from bed. All you have to do is press play ⏭ī¸Ž

I can't promise you a perfect sleep score - bodies are complex and sleep is deeply personal. But I can promise you this: if you show up for seven nights and do this work, something will shift. Your nervous system will feel heard. And that changes everything.

❤ī¸Ž Seven Nights of Somatic Sleep is now live and waiting for you inside The Heart Circle - a warm, supportive community where we do this kind of gentle work together.

➥ī¸Ž Already a member? You'll find it in the courses section. Go take a look tonight. Login here: members.tappingassociation.com/login

➥ī¸Ž Not yet a member? This might be the nudge you needed, and this month it's even easier to say yes..

It's Mental Health Awareness Month, and I want to make this as accessible as possible - so I'm offering 50% off Heart Circle membership for a limited time...

That means instant access to 300+ guided tapping sessions, Seven Nights of Somatic Sleep, Anxiety Relief course, live monthly audio tapping sessions (the next one is tomorrow where we're tapping for creative flow!), and a warm community to support you - all for half the price.

Whether you're stressed in the car, anxious at work, or lying awake at 3am, there's a session for exactly that moment.
