🍭 Bye-Bye Sugar Cravings! EFT to the Rescue 🦸‍♀️

Aug 29, 2024 10:06 am

Hi ,

Welcome to this week’s EFT Tapping Round-Up!

I recently stumbled upon a podcast episode called "Blood Sugar Tips to Give You More Energy" with Jessie Inchauspé, and it was a real eye-opener! I’ve noticed over the years that my sugar intake has quietly crept up, and as I've grown more interested in nutrition, I’ve realized it’s time to make a change. Inspired by the podcast, I’ve decided to try a complete sugar detox!

While I haven’t noticed a huge energy boost just yet, I have felt fuller throughout the day by following some of the tips to reduce sugar spikes and crashes. I’ll keep you updated on my progress 😊

Of course, tapping has been a lifesaver whenever those chocolate daydreams or intense cravings strike 🙏 Sugar is incredibly addictive and sneaks into so many foods, making it tough to give up. But there’s hope! Keep reading until the end for a special mini tapping script on sugar cravings. For now, let’s dive into our usual digest into all things EFT Tapping.

Happy reading and happy tapping!

8 Rules of Wellbeing: An Aid Kit for Women with ADHD

“As a busy mum, now diagnosed with ADHD, I reach for my wellbeing “first aid kit” when I’m feeling unmotivated, irritable, or just plain down on myself.

I unwittingly created this kit for myself many years ago, well before my diagnosis, in fact. I had no choice but to adopt many of these strategies, believing that I was just pre-destined to feel perpetually overwhelmed, anxious, and never quite good enough” - read more

Some swear tapping pressure points melts away anxiety. Does it actually work?

"An upcoming flight was the source of my anxiety. I recently had knee surgery and the idea of getting my bags to the terminal on my own made my heart race and my thoughts run wild: Assuming I made it to the plane without issues, would the seat be too cramped for my leg’s mobility once I boarded? I recently heard climate change was making turbulence worse and dreaded the sinking feeling bumpy air could bring. What if most people weren’t wearing masks and I got COVID-19? As part of an interview for this story, I organized a video call with Dawson Church, a researcher and author who writes about alternative healing, and asked him to demonstrate a brief session of “Emotional Freedom Technique,” or EFT, tapping for me." - read more
