In news from the homestead...

Hey There, Friend. Are you crazy mad for fall...like me?

To me, there are no downsides. Cool weather, brilliant sun. All that luscious fall scenery and, oh yeah. Christmas is coming!!!!!! (My fave celebration!)

And enough weirdness still exists in the world that I look at things and still get surprised, lol.

What do you think of the picture below?

I went on a four day odyssey this past weekend, doing all things Fall with my besties. One event was a farm visit to get pumpkins and mums. Well, we got out of the car, and what did we see? The sight below.

It took me a minute to realize the phone booth (in the midst of a raspberry patch) HAD to be a prop for fun, right? Or .... what was it doing out in the field, lol?

We also did a wine tasting - I live in Ontario, and there are tons of wonderful little wineries. Then we Christmas shopped in a sweet little town (I collect small towns, and love them. That's why I write about them in my Jack's Bay books).

THEN it was Thanksgiving dinner - twice! We had it Sunday, then a redo Monday, THEN we decorated my bestie's place for WEEN.

What a great four days.

And I even got work-work done!
