Good Morning

It's time for me to create the next chapter in my life. The adventure continues!

Reflecting on my time with you I can only say it was fabulous and each and every woman I have supported has also inspired me. I have had the opportunity to teach, support, hold space, and move you forward into your unapologetic life. To see the possibilities and to embrace you in all your fabulous flaw-filled glory!

I will continue to support my current clients but in absolute joy, I am looking forward to what I can create. To wake up every day and mischieviously wonder what will I create today? How will I bring joy to my life today?

Slow travel around the world? That Africa Safari I have wanted to do since I was 7? A travel influencer - how to travel and see the world on an extreme budget? Writer? Study for my PhD - that's Dr Ball! Complete a half-marathon? The possibilities are endless.

Like you, when I left and ran from the abuser, I believed my life would be filled with nothing but misery and sorrow. Without light and love. That I was worthless and unloveable!

That was all a big lie! Life was waiting for me, I just had to imagine the possibilities and put my wants, needs, and desires first. I set goals and took baby steps to achieve everything I set out to do. Including building a successful business supporting women healing from abusive relationships.

You can build something so beautiful for yourself. Believe it's possible. Set the big audacious goal and take a baby step every single day to make it your new reality. You've got this courageous woman!
