Hello ,

Ever find yourself scrolling through videos about narcissism and wondering…

“What kind was my ex really?”

Was he covert? Malignant? Spiritual?

Was he cerebral, communal, or vulnerable?

With so many labels out there, it’s easy to think that if we could just name the right type, we’d finally feel free.

But what if that’s actually keeping you stuck? What if all the researching is taking your precious healing energy away from you?

I spent - no, wasted - a great deal of time musing and wondering what made him an insufferable, miserable, abusive jerk. But looking back at my journals from that time, I can see how all my writings were about the wrong person. All my questions were basically unanswerable because they were not about me.

It was when I shifted my musings to me, my real, deep healing began and my life redesign started.

This week’s blog post is a gentle nudge to shift toward asking questions designed to talk about you - yes, you! It’s called:

Beyond the Labels: Why Knowing Your Ex’s Narcissism Type Won’t Heal You

Here’s the heart of it:

  • You don’t need a diagnosis to reclaim your peace.
  • You don’t need to prove someone was toxic to create a better life.
  • Healing begins when the focus shifts—from who they were to who you are becoming.
