Recently I received my certification in Photography for Self-Discovery and I'm so excited to share all that I have learned.

Photography for self-discovery helps us see ourselves from an open and curious perspective—a state of pure observation free of preconceptions or judgments. You get the chance to simply embrace the process of self-discovery as if you are meeting yourself for the first time. 

Each photo documents your journey of self-discovery - a mini-biography and documentary where you are the star. You create a memory book for you about you.

After an abusive relationship, finding who we are and creating an authentic life, can be difficult. After all, the abuser has taken away our voice, authentic self, diminished our self-image, and destroyed our self-worth.

Each day of the Radiance & Renewal Retreat will have a new photography theme designed for self-discovery. It will be fun, enlightening, empowering and inspire your curiosity about who you are and what's possible for you.
