Talk about the challenges you overcame and how you did it and how proud you are of yourself.

Use this exercise to cultivate hope and anticipation for the amazing possibilities ahead.

Read this new story every day or when you feel stuck or simply for inspiration to keep going. This new story will begin to replace the old stories and become your reality!
