I've been asked by a number of people if my email was hacked or if the request I sent last night about my friend in Florida was legitimate. It is real and definitely legit. I appreciate your checking on that! Another person said that the Zelle address doesn't seem to be working. So I've omitted it below.

People were also checking on how she looked, to make sure that the money got to the right person. She is blonde (gray), and I believe that there's a flower in her hair in the picture you'll see when you donate. (Her hair was brownish red and straight a few years ago before the chemo!)

Again, if you don't use any of these, you can bring in cash or make a check out to me, and I'll forward the money immediately to her electronically today, so that she has it. I've done that with a number of people already, who told me last night that they'd be sending me a check. (If you do send a check, make it out to me and not the store, because it isn't store income, and the bookkeeping would get quite messy!)

Again, whether or not you can do this, good thoughts sent her way are also much appreciated! We have such a kind community at Stitch Your Art Out!

I'll update you Monday with how we did in my regular newsletter! We all get too much email in our lives, so I'll get back to once a week! I would have tried to do this on Facebook, but they throttle this kind of post. :-)
