Last time, I shared the inspiration behind the course. Today, let's explore how the Bootcamp curriculum was crafted to get you the best results possible.


Creating Content That Transforms

A powerful course, like any impactful content, begins with a clear vision of the desired outcome. For Bootcamp, this vision was to provide a comprehensive, effective fitness program that integrates exercise, nutrition, and mindset strategies – all tailored to deliver real, sustainable results.


Setting the Boundaries:


Every module, every workout, every email, and every nutritional guideline in Bootcamp had to align with this vision. This approach allowed me to concentrate on what was truly necessary, avoiding unnecessary filler and ensuring every aspect of the course directly contributes to your fitness transformation.

Each level provides a comprehensive and structured approach to body recomposition, ensuring that as you progress, you are introduced to new concepts, techniques, and practices that build upon your existing knowledge and skills.


As the waitlist for Bootcamp grew, your feedback became an invaluable part of this process. Your responses, especially to questions about your past fitness experiences and what you hope to achieve with Bootcamp, have been key. They prompted me to revisit and refine the course content, leading to a more robust and targeted program.


This process wasn’t just about building in public, but learning in public – adapting and evolving based on real needs and feedback.
