What a fantastic gathering this morning.

Thank you for showing up with curiosity, willingness, and such great energy. Watching people discover — in real time — that their internal state actually influences what becomes possible never gets old.

Some of you twisted spoons like corkscrews.

Some felt them go soft for the first time.

Every one of you expanded what you thought was possible.

And the best part is — once you’ve felt that shift, your mind can’t quite go back to believing it’s impossible.

SpoonBending Level 2: Bend Your State

At the end of the workshop I mentioned the next step for those who want to go deeper.

Level 1 shows you the shift is possible.

Level 2 is where you learn how to recognize that state and return to it deliberately.

We’ll still bend spoons — but the focus is learning to work with the internal state that makes bending possible.

The SpoonBender’s Way — 8 Week Program
