This spring, I built four planter beds for our strawberry plants to stretch out and multiply in. It felt great to work outside, cut the wood, work with handles, and dig in the dirt. My mind was amazingly at peace, allowing me to enjoy the sun, the wind, the plants, and the exertion and movement of my body.
