What if the right questions changed everything?

Hi friends,

Today I was invited to teach spoon-bending inside a membership group for healers. I had such a great time talking to folks already fluent in energy work and submerged in the world of woo!

We spent some time talking about the power of the words we say to ourselves and how those words shape our state of being. That’s something I always talk about.

Today I put a little more attention on the questions we ask ourselves. Some questions are helpful. Others… not so much.

Instead of asking why can’t I do this?

What if we ask: What else is possible?

And that’s where the spoon comes in.

When someone first tries to bend the spoon, it usually doesn’t move. They try using strength and the spoon resists. Then we pause and shift the question. Something in their state changes, and suddenly the same spoon that wouldn’t budge a moment ago begins to bend.

The spoon is just the vehicle for noticing. The awareness that comes from the changes we make is the real transformation — and the point of my teaching you how to bend the spoon.

I’m teaching this workshop Tuesday, March 10 at 10:00am Pacific. It’s a 90-minute session, live on Zoom, and I’d love to share it with you.

In a 90 minute training I've got time to work with some of your specific situations. If you’re willing to bring a challenge you’re facing, we can work with it together and see what shifts when you ask a better question.

Sliding scale $44–$111.

If this is still a financial barrier, please reply here, and we’ll make it work.

NOTE: ( if you've already bent a spoon or two and you feel like taking it even further, join me for Level 2 - Bend the State - brand new workshop on March 22 https://spoonbenderscafe.com/spoon2 )

What else is possible?

Miché

P.S. You don’t have to bend a spoon to learn how to bend your life. There are many ways I can support you in transformation, if you’d like. This one just happens to be a lot of fun. If you’re curious but not sure where to start, you can always reply and tell me what you're working with.
