Something special happened this week

Hello my friends,

Earlier this week I hosted a spoonbending workshop on Zoom.

A group of 6 curious humans, each holding an ordinary spoon. There’s always a particular feeling at the beginning of these workshops… curiosity mixed with a quiet “let’s see what happens.”

If you’ve never seen spoonbending unfold, the moment it happens can feel strangely simple. Someone softens their focus. Their attention shifts. The usual way of relating to the world loosens just a little.

And then the metal begins to move.

Sometimes slowly. Sometimes suddenly. Often followed by laughter or stunned silence.

What made this workshop remarkable was something that almost never happens.

Every single participant bent their spoon.

Usually, the range is around 80 to 90 percent, which is always powerful to be a part of. Some would bend their spoons later on, some not.

But this time it was 100 percent.

Of course, that has a lot to do with the participants. And at the same time I keep wondering if something else is shifting too. It feels like more and more people can access these subtle states of awareness more easily than before.

The kind of attention that lets reality soften around the edges.

If that’s true, it’s incredibly exciting.

One participant, Lulu Trevena, an award-winning author, artist, soulful living coach, and women's circle and retreat leader, shared reflections from the workshop on Substack. If you can read it here: (you may need a free substack account)

And Frank Elaridi, 4X Emmy-Winning Journalist turned Energy Heäler and Instagram influencer, got a personal training from me and created a reel about the experience. Last time I checked, it had more than 15k views.

Watch the reel here:

I’m so ready for this work to go from a well-kept secret to something people can easily find.

Even if you’ve never bent a spoon yourself, you might recognize the deeper invitation underneath this kind of experiment. The possibility that our relationship with reality is more fluid than we were taught.

Moments like this week make me very curious about where this collective exploration might be heading.

More about that in the next email.

Excited for our expansion,

Miché
