Many years ago, I got into the wrong relationship and was desperate for it to lead to marriage despite I knew I was with the wrong woman. After I managed to end the relationship, I realized that my desperation resulted from wanting to make sense to one of my uncles who would never see me as a successful person until I got married and start having kids.
I just wanted to prove to him that I was successful because he was always interested in my education and I did not want to disappoint him. After realizing that I could have gotten myself trapped with the wrong woman just to prove to my uncle that I am successful because I respect his opinions, I decided to learn a new lesson that many people never dare to learn - DEFINING MY SUCCESS.
I listed out what success should mean to me in my different areas of life based on what makes sense to me regardless of what others think about my choice. I do not define my success based on public opinion of success. I define them based on what I want and what makes sense to me.
It was after picking this lesson that I wrote my pair of books MOTHERFUCKERS CODES & FATHERFUCKERS CODES. In code number 3 of both books, I talked about choosing the right life partner & the criteria for doing so.
Choosing their life partners is what a lot of people never do. Many people that are now married think they did, but they did not because they chose based their partner based on their desire to make sense to some people in their lives.
Many of them now want out of their marriages, but that will mean failure to the people they wish to make sense to, so they are stuck and keep advising others to do the same. That's how mediocrity works.
The application of this MOTHERFUCKERS CODE gave me a reputation of an arrogant man. Still, it is better than suffering for the rest of my life with a woman that will not only ruin me but also ruin my career just to appear successful to my uncle.
My uncle is a good man, but I am sorry, he is not big enough to determine my success for me. No one is, except, of course, God. So, it does not matter what he and other members of my family think about me, I will achieve what I define as success, even if it means failure to them.
Many of you attach your happiness & fulfillment to what society thinks or feels, and that is why you are constantly depressed and can't figure your life out. You will not do a thing unless it makes sense to certain people. You are a spineless weakling.
As for me, I live my life by what I know, not what society assumes or thinks they know. This is because I practice MOTHERFUCKERS CODES on a constant basis. You need to learn about these codes too and you will thank me later.
