Everybody wants to be successful, but not everyone is willing to pay the price demanded. Everybody wants money, fame, marital bliss, peace of mind, and ways out of depression, but only those who are willing to pay the price will get them.
The difference between successful people and failures is their willingness to pay the price demanded to get what they want. Those who succeeded paid the price for what they wanted, those who failed did not. That is why they failed.
Life is a just employer; he gives you what you ask for, after which you must pay the full price demanded. Life will never give you something that has a price for free. Life will pay you the exact wage you demand of him, but you must bear the task required in return for your wage.
When people call me Professor, coach, and other forms of entitlement that depict my job, even though I do not ask them to do so, some folks envy me or feel I do not deserve them, they forget I did not come this far by chance.
More than eight years of my life, plus constant reminders of waste of time, lack of vision, and confusion for a mentally deranged man, especially after I opted out of conventional school, were no jokes.
