Tertiary Institution Does Not Develop You

image

Being a student of a tertiary institution is not the same as being developed. The purpose of the tertiary institutions is career development, not human development, and career development is just a half of one course out of the 8 major courses in self-discovery and development.

If you are a student of a tertiary institution and you are not being helped to develop a career, you will have no other choice than to graduate and brag about your certificate like other stupid people do because that's all they've got.

For instance, a person that cannot speak correct English before gaining admission into the University will not get better even after spending 100 years in the school. Don't blame the institution for that! It is designed to develop careers, not people.

If you want to become a developed person, decide to do so regardless of your certificates and degrees. Degrees and certificates don't mean you are a developed person either, they mean that you know so much about a career. If you are not profiting with that career then they are useless.
