Open browser tabs. App notifications. A messy desktop wallpaper.

The Fix: Minimalism That Works

You don’t need to live like a monk or throw everything out.

But you do need to make your workspace boring.

Uninteresting. Unstimulating.


So that your work becomes the most interesting thing in the room.


That’s the real trick.

Here’s a principle that changed everything for me:


Your work deserves the spotlight.
Everything else is just noise.


Action Item:

Pick one area: your desk, your wall, your computer desktop.

Declutter it completely. Wipe it clean.


Then sit down to work and see how it feels.


Notice the difference in how long you can focus. How quickly you get started. How clear your thinking becomes.
