Progress is good even when improvement is small. Almost every kind of stopping is bad because even though it may seem like a temporary pause, it is actually going backward. The world is moving forward without us while we wait. (share this on Twitter)

- "Progress Over Perfection" What comes to mind when you read that? Jot down your thoughts, or better yet, chat about it with someone else. (share this on Twitter)
- This may sound counterintuitive: Often, we cannot make continuous progress because we have too many things on the go. How about strategically selecting a few to move forward on? What projects can you pause so you can make progress on others?
3 Actions
- Select an important goal or project. What is one small step you can take TODAY? Something that takes 30 minutes or less. Then do it today. Repeat tomorrow.
- Help someone. Ask the above question from a friend or colleague. Then do what you can to help them get it done today. Repeat tomorrow.
