That insight shaped not only how I coach — it shaped how I run my business.

One of my favorite questions to ask is:

“Who’s the enemy?”

Not everyone says it out loud.

But whether you know it or not, your business is in a fight.

You’re for something — but what are you against?

For me, the enemy is clear:

Complexity.

Complexity leads to overwhelm.

Overwhelm leads to endless to-do lists, packed calendars, long nights… and not much to show for it.

My people aren’t lazy.

They’re not clueless.

They’re just drowning in decisions and not sure what’s actually moving the needle.

My work helps them shift from being overworked entrepreneurs…

To becoming effective entrepreneurs.

Effectiveness isn’t about doing everything.

It’s about doing the right things.

And what makes something right?

It gives you the right result.

And in business, the most foundational result is this:

Profitability.

Because revenue feeds your ego.

But profitability? That feeds your family.

That’s why I call my business Simplify Profits.

This is personal for me.
