By now, you’ve probably realized something.

What you need is clarity on where things are breaking down.

In my work with solo consultants and fractional execs, I’ve found that most problems fall into one of three buckets:

1. Attention

People aren’t noticing you.

You’re too easy to ignore.

The right people don’t know you exist, or don’t remember you when the moment is right.

This usually shows up as inconsistent leads, low visibility, or difficulty explaining what you do in a way that stands out.

2. Connection

People see you, but they don’t feel a strong reason to engage.

Your message doesn’t resonate or differentiate you enough.

You sound like everyone else.

This is usually a positioning or messaging issue. Sometimes, it’s an offer clarity problem.

3. Conversion

You’re having good conversations, but not closing.

You’re getting interest, but it doesn’t lead to commitments.

Your follow-up is inconsistent, or the way you guide prospects to a decision feels fuzzy or awkward.

This is usually a structure and confidence issue, both in how you show up and how you move people forward.

Once you know which one of these is holding you back the most, you can focus.

You stop guessing.

You stop fixing the wrong thing.

You stop wasting time tweaking headlines when what you really need is clarity on your offer.

Or visibility.

Or support.

Or structure.

This simple framework has been a game changer for my clients and for myself.

It lets us focus where the leverage really is.
