I was posting almost every day.

LinkedIn said consistency mattered, so I showed up.

I shared tips.

Commented on trends.

Even posted a few spicy takes.

And still… stuck at under 2,000 followers.

The algorithm didn’t hate me.

My ideas just weren’t distinct.

People weren’t engaging because they couldn’t tell what I actually stood for.

It was like shouting in a stadium full of consultants yelling the same generic advice.

Nobody hears you if you sound like everyone else.

So I stopped trying to impress LinkedIn.

And I got radically clear on my POV:

Who I help.

What I believe.

What I don’t believe.

What I’ll say that others won’t.

I started posting with sharper edges.

Less “Here are 3 tips…”

More “Here’s the real reason consultants stay broke.”

And something shifted.

I started having real conversations.

People DM’d me.

I ran live webinars—no ads, no gimmicks.

Over 350 people registered.

Some showed up to multiple sessions.

Average show-up rate? 46%.

And a flood of people asking for the replay.

Not viral.

But visible to the right people.

Because here’s the thing:

People don’t follow you because you’re nice, or smart, or helpful.

They follow you because you say things that make them stop scrolling.

That’s what a POV does.

And without one?

You’re just another voice in the noise—hoping someone recognizes your brilliance.
