You know what I realized this year?

Growth doesn’t remove problems.

It just replaces them with better ones.

I don’t want to be completely problem-free.

That’s not realistic.

But I do want to deal with higher quality problems.

New ones.

Not the same junk on repeat.

That is what I call the "new level, new devil" mindset.

This came up for me as I was reflecting on 2025.

I made progress in so many areas.

My goals were big, and I moved the needle.

But when I was honest with myself, I noticed something frustrating.

Some of the issues I faced in January were still showing up in November.

They were more disguised, sure.

But still there.

And that bugged me.

So I set a new standard for 2026.

If I am going to face challenges, and I will, I want them to be new ones.

I want next year’s problems to feel like a stretch.

Not a repeat.
