We are heading into December, which is one of my favorite months because it forces a level of honesty that the rest of the year often hides.

You look back and notice the wins.

You notice the progress.

And if you are anything like me, you also notice something else.

Some problems from January are still sitting in the passenger seat in November.

That happened to me this year.

I made real progress.

I hit important milestones.

But when I looked closely, a few of the same issues I started 2025 with were still hanging around.

That annoyed me a little.

But it also opened my eyes.

If I want different results, I cannot rely on the same planning I used before.

I need clarity.

I need a sharper process.

I need to stop solving the same low level problems and upgrade to new, better ones.
