🟩 The 3 challenges that almost stopped me

Hi ,

When I was a kid, adults often told me what to do, but rarely how to do it.

“Study hard.”

“Work smart.”

“Do your best.”

But no one ever explained what that actually meant.

How do you study hard?

What does doing your best look like in practice?

I followed the advice, but I remember feeling frustrated.

I didn’t need more instructions. I needed someone to show me how to turn those words into action.

And that pattern never really went away.

When I first left medicine and started building my own business, I didn’t struggle with ideas.

I struggled with execution.

There were always more books to read, more strategies to try, more tools that promised to make everything easier.

But I kept running into the same three challenges over and over again:

1. Knowing what to do next.

Everyone had advice. None of it was in order. I’d wake up excited but end the day feeling scattered.

2. Knowing how to do it.

Even when I knew what to do, I didn’t know how to do it. What’s the first step? What comes after that? How do you know when you’re done? I not only had to do the work, I had to figure out how to do it while doing it.

3. Getting feedback and guidance.

I didn’t have anyone to talk to who understood the kind of business I was building.

So I spent a lot of time second-guessing myself in silence.

Those three things - Clarity, Structure, and Guidance - became the missing pieces.

And they’re still the difference between people who stay stuck and people who actually make progress.

That’s why I’ve decided to build everything I create now around those exact gaps.
