🟩 You’re not hard to understand. You’re just hard to describe.

Over the last few emails, I’ve been making the case for one simple idea:


If people can’t repeat what you do, they can’t refer you.


Not because you’re not good at what you do.

Not because you’re not worth it.

But because you haven’t made it easy for them to talk about you.


Here’s the tough truth:


  • Most people’s brands only make sense if you’re there to explain them
  • Their websites look great, but don’t say anything
  • Their offers are strong, but wrapped in confusing language
  • And their best clients would struggle to describe them in one clear sentence


That’s a problem.

Because word of mouth only works when your message is repeatable.


And clarity?

It’s not something you “figure out someday.”

It’s a multiplier.


It changes everything — how people see you, how they talk about you, and how fast your business grows.
